Delighted with my stay! Spacious deluxe twin room felt cozy and modern. Staff members made everything easy with their cheerful demeanor and attentiveness. Breakfast was a culinary delight, especially the dosa and the chef's special sugiyan. Enjoyed the clean facilities and the lovely ambiance. Rooftop pool, though small, offered a nice view. The evening meal could use more options, as the limited A4 menu didn’t meet expectations.

the rooms are extremely clean and super comfy. the staff is brilliant, especially manjusha, always smiling and super helpful. food at the restaurant is just awesome and quite cheap too. the manager suraj was great, really took care of us and made us feel welcome. we really loved our stay, felt like family! ❤️❤️

Poor maintenance throughout the hotel!!! Lack of basic amenities like towels and functioning telephones in the room leaves a lot to be desired. The reception area felt temporary and unwelcoming!!! Improvements are badly needed!!!

we really enjoyed our stay since we were very comfortable and felt homely. The nearby Subhash Bose Park was a lovely area for evening strolls after visiting Chitram Art Gallery, making our weekend adventure truly memorable.

I really enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast options. it felt like a real treat! there was a small mix-up with my room initially, but they upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice surprise!
